— Pope FrancisKROSS, in collaboration with Caritas India, executes the Regional Fora Accompaniment Program. WEP mainstreams the Regional Strategic Plan at the Diocesan Social Service Society (DSSS) level. Through capacity-enhancing training, DSSSs and congregations are oriented on the Key Strategic Pillars (KSPs) of Caritas India, Catholic Social Teachings (CST), and Diakonia insights.
Partnering with 14 DSSSs, the program integrates four key values: Empowering Animation, Dialogue, Volunteerism, and Sharing Communities. These values help empower marginalized sections, promote ecological care, and establish sustainable rural networks.
Capacity building for key staff, handholding support for Diocesan Strategic Plans, and organizing community networks for local rights-advocacy.
A state level federation of mutual help groups is formed for sustaining the wellbeing of the rural poor and marginalised sections of the society

The trained personnel are equipped with the core values of the Caritas Strategic Plan, enabling them to animate communities, foster volunteerism, and lead constructive dialogue.
By promoting environmental awareness, rural families are motivated to establish organic nutritional kitchen gardens, harvest rainwater, manage waste, and organize environmental campaigns to combat climate change.
This cooperative social capital creates a sharing community, ensuring self-sustainability, gender equity, and progress towards the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
