Bangalore Multipurpose Social Service Society (BMSSS) is the social concern and development wing of the Catholic Archdiocese of Bengaluru. It is a secular, non-government, not-for-profit organization for the development and uplift of the marginalized, women, children, youth, farmers, the sick and the suffering. It started in 1969 and is registered under the Mysore Societies Registration Act 1960. Karnataka Integrated Development Society (KIDS) is registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1960. It is registered with the Ministry of Home Affairs under the Foreign Contribution Regulation Act (FCRA) and is an ISO 9001:2008 certified non-government organization. As a wing of the Malankara Catholic Diocese of Puttur, it is one of the emerging organizations in South India working for community development and catering to the needs of the poor and deprived.
